As a company who has embedded sustainability within its DNA, we humbly begin our global outreach program at a small school in Samborondon, Ecuador. We plan to use our distance learning platform and virtual reality equipment to bring Western-style learning to these remote students. We're investing in a couple of iPad Pros and an Apple laptop to begin our version of global outreach by teaching coding to elementary students.
Our tutors will be college educated MyDigiTutor employees, college graduates and teachers. Of course, we welcome volunteer tutors with the proper education from any of the disciplines that we offer tutoring. In some cases, we will accept interns who will work with professional educators. It's a significant investment for us with no monetary return, but we know it's the right thing to do. One day we hope to create the MyDigiTutor Foundation for Global Outreach and Diversity in Education.
If we can setup a remote station here, we can do it anywhere in the world. While we will try to self-fund this effort, we welcome contributions of equipment, time or corporate partnerships. Don't bother offering money because that is just not enough to make a lasting impact. We thank you in advance for your generous contributions to increasing diversity in education.

We are planning the setup of this digital learning center (DLC) during the fall and holiday period of 2018. We need Apple Pro tablets (2-10), MacBooks, MacBook Pros (2-5) and VR equipment. At this point we don't believe that satellite equipment will be needed - let's hope the internet is stable enough. We'll post more information after our first onsite visit and results from the initial test. Last Christmas we visited the school and hosted a small event and believe we can make next year even more exciting - check out the picture below.
Most importantly, we need properly educated, bi-lingual tutors that are willing to provide their time for free to these students. We plan on running three programs during the January to May period. If you're interested, please email your resume to MyDigiTutor@gmail.com.
Once we get set up, we will post the pictures of this DLC.
